Log food your way

Start with a photo or description, enter a meal manually, scan a barcode, or read a nutrition label on-device. AI-assisted results remain editable before they become part of your log.

Train with structure

Plan and record strength work with sets, repetitions, load, and perceived effort. Cardio tools support timed sessions, GPS-assisted distance, and manual distance without inventing route maps or automatic calorie claims.

Follow real progress

Bring weight, goals, water, steps, workouts, streaks, and achievements into day, week, month, and year views. On supported Android devices, Fitavo can read steps through Health Connect with permission.

Private by deliberate boundaries

Your account has an exit.

Fitavo uses verified accounts for cloud-synced records. Progress photos stay in the app’s private device storage and are not intentionally uploaded to Fitavo’s cloud or sent to its AI processor. Health Connect access is optional and permission-controlled.

Context, not authority

Fitavo Coach can help you think through the next step.

The Coach can use recent conversation and fitness context to produce practical suggestions. Its responses—and AI-generated food or workout information—may be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

Fitavo also keeps the essentials grounded: strength history, cardio sessions, body-weight trends, goals, and everyday habits remain visible without turning every signal into a score.
